60 Days Free Returns
Buy what you like and return any item as you wish.
Modelling the retail giants ASOS and BooHoo, we believe returns should be super easy. We go one step further, besides a prepaid label, we can also arrange a collection from your home, completely free of charge.
If you want to return your order, just let us know by email:
email@example.com and include your order number.
Please contact us within 60 days after your package has been delivered. We will use the tracking information to determine the delivery date.
Please make sure the item is in exactly the same condition (unused) that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.
Some items are not eligible returns:
- Seasonal goods
- Intimate or sanitary items
- Health and personal care items
Our return address is located in West Yorkshire. The address will be listed in the form.
A prepaid return label will be provided, or if you prefer a collection from your doorstep can be arranged.
We will let you know when your cancellation has been processed, or your return has been received and inspected.
Your refund will be made to your original payment method within 3 working days.

Returning Faulty Products
In the rare case that a product becomes faulty or you receive a product with defects, you are entitled to request a replacement within 60 days of receiving the item.
In the first instance, please provide photo/video evidence of the product's manufacturing defects via email at email@example.com
Don't forget to also include the following information:
Your order number
The name and email address used to place the order
If your claim is valid, we will deliver a replacement to you.
